Apple on Thursday introduced new MacBook Pro laptops – and new high-end leather sleeves to go with them.
The new MacBook lineup includes a 13-inch MacBook Pro and a 15-inch MacBook Pro, both with Touch Bar, as well as updates like faster processors, better displays, and “quieter” keyboards.
And for the first time, Apple added leather sleeves for its 13-inch and 15-inch MacBooks.
In the past, Apple has only offered leather sleeves for its smaller 12-inch MacBook. But the new sleeves – which come in midnight blue, saddle brown, and black – have been specially designed for the larger Pro laptops.
The 12-inch sleeves, which come in the new colors, still start at $150, but the new sleeves are a bit pricier: the 13-inch sleeve costs $180, while the 15-inch sleeve costs $200.
Here's a look at the three new colors:
The new leather sleeves are on sale on Apple's website starting Thursday.
